Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (users under 18 should use the App under parental supervision)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Lsany grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any commercial or unauthorized purpose
• Abuse, manipulate, or exploit AI-powered features for purposes unrelated to language learning
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or other users’ experience

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We support Sign in with Apple for account creation. Your Apple ID credentials are handled securely by Apple and are not stored by Lsany.

Lsany is free to download and use. All learning features, including lessons, AI chat, camera scanning, pronunciation practice, and letter tracing, are available at no cost.

• Certain AI-powered features (chat, pronunciation scoring, object scanning) are subject to daily usage limits to ensure fair access for all users
• Daily limits reset every 24 hours
• We reserve the right to adjust usage limits at any time to maintain service quality

There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium tiers. All features are available to every user.

All content in the App, including but not limited to lessons, audio recordings, illustrations, user interface design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lsany or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content
• Audio recordings you submit for pronunciation practice are licensed to us solely for the purpose of providing the speech analysis service
• We do not claim ownership of your recordings, and they are processed and discarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy

When using the App, you must not:

• Scrape, harvest, or extract content or data from the App through automated means
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to another person
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or expose system prompts, AI configurations, or backend logic
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or code designed to harm the App or its users
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the App
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lsany disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Guarantees of achieving any specific level of language fluency or proficiency

Lsany is a language learning tool designed to supplement your education. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and prior knowledge.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lsany and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruption or device damage
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AED 100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
